After July 15 RBS will retire RBackup versions 9 and older, no longer offering support for them. The current version of RBackup is 10.1.65. Support for these older versions will be limited to self-service only through the Online Knowledge Base and the Service ProviderÔÇÖs Forum. RBS Tech Support will no longer offer support for versions 9 and older.

Support Subscriptions for older versions will be honored through the end of the current subscription, but will not be renewed.

RBS encourages all Service Providers to upgrade to the current version immediately.

Expiration notices are emailed thirty days in advance, and again fifteen days in advance. In addition, RBS mails expiration notices thirty days in advance by snail-mail. If your mailing address or email address has changed since your last purchase, please email your new information to sales@remote-backup.com.
