RBS Server not starting after Symantec Anti-Virus Update

Issue: RBS Server not starting after Symantec Anti Virus Update
Cause : RBS.exe file is quarantined by Symantec Anti Virus considering it a Trojan.
Steps to be followed.
A.) Create program rules in Symantec firewall for RBS Server. To create Program rules
1. Open Symantec Client Firewall.
2. Click Status & Settings > Client Firewall > Configure.
On the Programs tab, the Manual Program Control box displays the programs for which you currently have rules.
3. Click Add.
4. In the "Select a program" window, browse to the executable file for the program that you are adding.
5. Click that file to select it, and click Open.
6. In the Program Control window that appears, do one of the following:
* To permit this program access to the Internet, select Permit in the drop-down menu, and then click OK.
You are done and you can stop here. Skip to step 7.
* To block this program from accessing the Internet, select Block in the drop-down menu, and then click OK.
Your program is added to the list. You are done and you can stop here. Skip to step 7.
* To customize this program's access to the Internet, select Manually configure Internet access in the drop-down menu, and then click OK.
The Add Rule window appears. Refer to the section titled "To Add a rule" below for instructions.
7. Once you have finished defining the rule, click Finish. Your rule is added to the application list
B.) Close RBS Server. Stop RBS Server processes in task manager. Also stop Symantec services from services panel.
C.) Run RBS Server installer in repair mode.
D.) Restart RBS Server.
