Popup window VerifyKeyNew, Error 9, N104 (Unable to Authenticate License)
Solution: First try closing and re-opening your RBS Server. If the error still exists, try rebooting and if it still exists, proceed with the following:
Stop and close your RBS Server software. Go to Task Manager>Process Tab and kill rbs.exe and rbsmgr.exe if they are running.
1) Go to My computer c:\Program Files\RBS Server
2) Click Tools>Folder Options and then go to the View tab
3) Check Show Hidden Files and uncheck Hide protected operating system files
4) Click okay and delete rbspuid.rma and rbspuid0.rma if they exist
5) Restart the RBS Server
