In our experience, when ther's a doubt, the server tester is ALWAYS right. If the online server tester fails, there is always an issue with your RBS Server that needs to be fixed.

It might be many things, some might seem small, and yes, you might have one Endpoint that appears to work when another doesn't. The server tester tests virtually all RBS Server communications and file storage features under real-world conditions. It wants your Server set up to work with ALL Endpoints, not just one, and tests for all possible client configurations.

If the Server Tester fails, you absolutely do have a problem with the setup of your RBS Server.
