Error 11001


Note: This article only concerns DIALUP Internet connections.

Error 11001 sometimes happens when you have incorrect settings that affect how the RBS endpoint software dials an ISP.

Start the RBS Client software. Click OPTIONS > PREFERENCES > CONNECTION tab.

If you want your Client to dial the ISP to establish an Internet connection, select the ÔÇ£ISPÔÇØ option under ÔÇ£Connection Type.ÔÇØ

Then, in the "Connection to ISP" area select Default to have the RBS endpoint use this computer's default ISP connection. Of course, there must be a default connection and it must work properly.


You can select from the ISP connections already set up for this computer by using the pull-down menu.
