Error Occurred: Failed to connect to Exchange Server, Authentication Failed.

If you are getting an authentication error that prevents you from connecting to an Exchange server, this article will help.

This error message indicates that either the username or the password used in the Exchange configuration is incorrect. Please make sure that you are entering the correct username and password.

If you are using the correct username and password, configure the client software to run as a service. This may also solve the authentication error.
