We are happy to remove you from our list, and we ALWAYS do it immediately. Virtually every email we send from our list server contains a button you can push to remove yourself. However, it often happens that the address we send your email to is not the one you are replying from, so your removal request cannot complete.

This happens most frequently when you have more than one email address, some of which you may have forgotten about, which are automatically forwarding to the address your are using now.

Perhaps you have another email address we can search for. We never send unsolicited email, and our list is tightly controlled. It is absolutely certain that someone using one of your addresses asked us to send emails to you, probably by signing up for something at our web site. If you can give us another email address you might be using we'll be most happy to remove it.
