I receive an error 481 with my customized icon.



If you are receiving an Error 481 when customizing your software, we've got a simple solution for you.

The problem is that the customized icons are created using 32 BitsPerPixel (true color). When the original color is 24 BitsPerPixel or lower, then the customized icons will work.

Recreate your icons in 24 bit or lower (256 color, etc.), and you will not receive the error message.

Use the Graphics Conversion Utility on the Partner's Portal to make sure your images are perfect.
