You can run the Repair Wizard to determine if your Server is installed as a Service. It will report this along with other information.
Have a look at the Server's Help file for complete instructions. It's simple. You can run it as a Service by checkmarking the "Run as a Service" function. The software will prompt you further. Afterwards you might want to check Services / RBS Server (which should be in the Services list) and make sure it is running. If not, just start it. It will start automatically whenever Windows starts. To test it, just use the online server tester on our website under the Support / Tech Support menu on our website.
