The Endlpoint software has no file selection interface. ( can't select files )

I set up my server and installed Endlpoint software, and none of the Endlpoint can choose what to backup. Do I need to re-create my client installer?

You probably distributed the Personal Edition of the Endlpoint software to these computers. The Personal Edition does not have a file selection interface. Rather, you (as the service provider) preselect files for the Personal Edition using the Autoselect feature, before you build installers.

The Workstation and Server editions have a full file selection interface.
