I get a 404 error when accessing my Server's Web Console. My IP address changed and now I can't contact my RBS Server.

If your website and RBS Server are on a dynamic IP address you can still access them at your Server Locator Host Name, which is a DNS entry made up of your serial number plus "ddns.rbsnet.net" like below:

http://85252951.ddns.rbsnet.net/Web/

Our Server Locator service keeps this host name bound to your current IP address no matter how often your IP address changes.

The Server Locator service is part of your Maintenance Subscription and works for everyone as long as your Maintenance Subscription is in force.

ALTERNATIVES TO THE SERVER LOCATOR

There are at least two Dynamic DNS services that you can use as alternatives to the RBS Server Locator:

http://noip.com

http://dyn.com/dns/
