Find below the instructions to Compact and Repair a corrupted Endpoint database.

FileName: backup.mdb

File Location: Rbackup Endpoint installation folder (By Default: C:\Program Files\Remote Backup)

Please close the Endpoint completly. Kill the Endpoint processes rbclient.exe and rbackup.exe via task manager.

Make a backup of the file backup.mdb file and save it at a different location.

Now run the Compactdb.exe to compact the database (the backup.mdb file). Click the browse button to locate the database under C:\Program Files\Remote Backup folder (or Application Folder) and then click "Compact" to compact it.

After the compact process is complete run the attached utility to repair the database.
