To schedule a backup to run only during off hours - in the Backup Set schedule, select a Start Time for when you want the backup to start, and set the Attempt Window to a number of hours that you want the backup to run. It’s best to set it to stop an hour or two before the business opens in the morning.

Note: There are other options in the software that effect how it handles suspending (or not suspending) a backup at the end of the Attempt Window.
