Remote Backup can maintain a mirror of its online storage on a locally attached network drive. When restoring, RBackup will first look for files on its local mirror. This makes restores very fast and adds an additional layer of redundancy. Files stored on the local mirror are fully encrypted and compressed to save drive space and increase security.

When you enable the Local Mirror (Options--Local Mirror Options), select the drive and folder for the mirrored storage. Make sure there is plenty of drive space available.

Now go to Schedule--Backup Schedule and enable "Local Mirror" and click on Apply

IMPORTANT: When sharing a mirror drive with other users in a network be sure to give each user its own folder on the shared drive.
