To unlock old restore interface:

Close the RBackup endpoint software and End Tasks of rbclient.exe or rbackup.exe from the task manager.

Now open the registry editor (regedit) and navigate to the following key:

            HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Quantum Tech, Inc.\Remote Backup\Settings

or if on 32 bit machine:

            HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Quantum Tech, Inc.\Remote Backup\Settings

Look for a value called SwitchRestore. If it doesn't exist, add it. If it does exist, just set its value to "0" zero.

On the right hand plane right click to select ”New” String Value.

Add a value caleld “SwitchRestore” and set its value to "0". (zero)
