We restarted the Portal SMTP service. Please Check if you can send a test email. Follow the steps below to test email notification:

1. Go to RBS manager - Tools - Email Notifications.

2. Please give the SMTP server settings in "Mail Server" tab on RBS ENOTIFY - Configuration window.

NOTE:: You can enable our Portal SMTP for the email notifications. Enable "Use Portal" Option.

3. Go to "Email Notification" Tab on the same window and enable "Successful Backup Notification" by clicking on the check box (Fill all the fields except 'cc' or 'bcc' or both).

4. Now click on "Try" under the same tab. Specify an email address when prompted.

Let me know if you receive the mail. If you receive error message, zip and attach the DRBSxxxxx.log, ENotifyxxx.log and RBEnotify.log (present in C:\Program Files (x86)\RBS server)
