How do I make a support pack?

Open the endpoint software.

Pick Options:Preferences.

Pick the Connection tab.

Double click the padlock icon.

Enter the password. The default is "admin".

Select the Backup tab.

Select the Create Support Pack button.

The software will create a Support Pack and display a message telling you where it is on the drive. You can then email the Support Pack to Tech Support.

As an alternative you can select Help->About and then click the Send Diagnostics button. This will send a support pack directly to RBS Support.
