The Recovery is automatic. When you install the endpoint software for the first time you create a Key Disk to use for recovery later. The software prompts you for that.

To come up from a complete crash, install the endpoint software on a new pc, (using a fresh, blank installation CD) then when the software starts the first time, it will give you the opportunity to request Disaster Recovery, using the encrypted key diskette, it will recover your installation and catalog from the server.

This is self-repair feature is one of the key features of our system.
