My server passed the online test, but the client still won't connect.

If your server passed the Online Server Test with two green checks and you still have issues connecting with the client, re-check the following: Remote Backup Client -> Options -> Preferences -> Connection tab. Double-click the small padlock icon on the connection info screen. Enter your Administrative Override password. The default password is ÔÇ£Admin.ÔÇØ

You should now be able to see the username, password, port, URL, and etc. Check to make sure that the username, password, backup server URL, port number, connection type, and account group all match with the RBS Server -> User details.

To check the Account Group, double-click on ÔÇ£Backup Server URL.ÔÇØ You should now see the account groups. If all of the connection info is correct, the client should connect to the server and run a backup successfully.

RUN ->Test Connection to make sure that the client connects. Once the test connection is a success, the client is ready to back up.
