Error connecting to Exchange Backup Agent

Error:

If the Exchange Backup Agent service is not installed and running, you will see the following error message when connecting to Exchange using the Exchange Backup Agent in the RBackup Endpoint software.

"Error occured in connecting to Exchange Backup Agent. Err: Connection not established to the exchange object, please make sure the Exchange Backup Agent is running from the Services Control Manager. Requested service not found."

Solution:

If for some reason, the Exchange Backup Service is not installed as a service on an exchange server, you can manually install the service.
Steps:

1) Open Command prompt.
2) Browse to location of InstallUtil.exe which can found under C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727, folder.
3) Run the command>
InstallUtil "C:\Program Files\Remote Backup\ExchangeBackupService.exe"
This will install the service.
4) Start the service "Exchange Backup Agent" from the Services Panel.
5) Restart the client software, and try reconnecting to Exchange.
