To exclude MailBox or Public Folder items by its full path, follow these steps

1. Open Registry Editor (regedit.exe) and navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Quantum Tech, Inc.\Remote Backup\Plugins\Exchange Server and look for the ExcludeItems key.

 2. You can exclude multiple items by separating them by a colon.

Example 1: If you want to exclude any mailbox folder, use MBX/mailboxname/foldername. For example, to exclude the Administrator's Inbox, this would be "MBX/Administrator/Inbox"

Example 2: For Public folders, use public folders/foldername. For example, to exclude Internet Newsgroups, use "public folders/Internet Newsgroups"

Example 3: For excluding multiple items the value of the key should be like below:

MBX/Administrator/Calender:MBX/User1/Calender:public folders/My Public Calender/Calender

The above string in the ExcludeItems registry key would exclude Administrator's Calender, User1's calender and a "Calender" folder item in public folders/My Public Calender.
