Endpoints cannot connect

Run Online Server tester from the RBS Server's Web Console.

 

Go to Setup -> Test Server

 

If online Server test is successful, run a Test Connection from any Endpoint  (Run -> Test Connection)

 

Also try to telnet from the Endpoint machine to RBS Server, if there is a Telnet client on the Endpoint.
