Changing default file selections in the Personal Edition

The Personal Edition does not have the ability for end users to change file selections. Partners, however, can. There are two ways to do it.

FOR ONE ENDPOINT ONLY

  •       Using the Web Manager, change your target endpoint’s account from Personal to Server.
  •       At the Endpoint, select Run : Test Connection. This will cause the Endpoint software to change from a Personal Edition to a Server Edition, which has a file selection interface.
  •       Change file selections and Save.
  •       Using the Web Manager, change your target endpoint’s account from Server to Personal.
  •       At the Endpoint, select Run : Test Connection. This will cause the Endpoint software to change from a Server Edition back to a Personal Edition, with all the file selections you set.
